Background:

Combining my passion for both math and physics I studied Automotive Engineering at university. After graduating in 2018 I decided to pursue a career in Design Engineering, combining innovation with purpose whilst employing engineering principles.

Outline of main duties:

To research, develop and design products based on customer specifications and suitable for current world environments.

What do you enjoy about your role?

Being able to see the journey of the buses from a conceptual stage/idea right through to the product being handcrafted in our workshop and finished to be delivered to the customer.

Favourite Mellor product:

The Orion-E as it contributes massively to the drive of the bus and automotive market in pioneering to create vehicles that are less harmful to the environment.

Hobbies, interests, or hidden talents:

I enjoy playing Badminton regularly as a means of exercise and social interaction. I can also play the Violin, although I’m a little rusty.
