Mellor’s Aftercare team are committed to delivering end-to-end care throughout the entire lifespan of your Mellor fleet.

Our factory-trained field engineers can resolve a wide range of on-site repairs anywhere in the UK on a fast response basis, and always have a well-stocked inventory of premium parts.

To minimise your vehicle’s downtime, we aim to attend every time-critical issue within 48 hours, at your premises, and at a time convenient to you (Mellor warranty terms states Between 8.30 and 17.00 Monday to Friday)

Our field service is designed to be flexible, and easy to book via our customer service team.
